Mindfulness in Relationship

An A.E.D.P. Therapy Group
Facilitated by Michael Glavin, LMFT and in consultation with AEDP Faculty Member, and developer of the AEDP Therapy Group model, David Mars, Ph.D.

What: Within the context of a safe and supportive group, we will use present-moment awareness of our felt experience to open up to new ways of relating to our experience, to others, and ultimately, to ourselves. As this process unfolds, and others compassionately witness us in our vulnerability, profound healing and fundamental transformation is possible.

Who: The group is well-suited for beginners and it is ideal for practitioners of yoga or mindfulness meditation as a way to deepen your practice. The group can be seen as way to expand somatic awareness and mindfulness into the relational field. I am excited to be a part of this ground-breaking work. Let's see what's possible.

Space is limited to Six Individuals

Where: Chicago's Loop
